Sony Announces the Alpha 1 Mirrorless Camera
Sony has announced the Alpha 1 mirrorless camera. It features a 50.1 MP sensor with a BIONZ XR™ imaging processing engine, which offers a native ISO range of up to 32,000 and a shutter sync speed of up to 1/400s when using the mechanical shutter. Video is available at 8K 30p 10-bit 4:2:0 XAVC HS and RAW out to an external recorder. Lastly, the Alpha 1 is equipped with an OLED EVF with a fresh rate of 240fps.

Isotta Ships Housing for Sony a7S Mark III
Isotta is shipping their housing for the Sony a7S III. It has a 120mm bayonet port mount and can be fitted with two fiber optic or electrical flash sync bulkheads. It is also supplied with two M16 and one M24 port, to allow for HDMI out if required.

Nauticam Releases Housing for Sony a7C
Nauticam has released details of their housing for the Sony a7C mirrorless camera. It utilises the N100 Port system and has an M24 port for HDMI 2.0 compatibility. It ships with an integrated tray system with access to critical controls from the handles, and an integrated vacuum circuit. Strobe triggering is via fiber optic, with an optional LED flash trigger.
Nauticam Ships WWL-1B
Nauticam is shipping their WWL-1B wet wide angle conversion lens. It offers an 130° field of view with a compatible 28mm lens, and ships with an integrated aluminum buoyancy collar and a hard cover. Mounting is with Nauticam’s Bayonet Mount II, and like WWL-1, it offer full zoom through.
Inon Releases High CRI Lights
Inon has released a new series high CRI LED torches. Available in 30° and 75° versions, the “h” series lights have a color temperature of 6500°K with a CRI of 90. The new lights are shipping now, please consult with your local dealer for pricing information.
