Fast Company has produced a short film about Wetpixel Publisher Eric Cheng and Lytro cameras entitled “A Light Field Camera Tutorial”. It features some of Eric’s underwater footage and images, as well as him explaining how he sees light field photography becoming a tool for some types of imagery in the future. He also states that he thinks that it is another step in the evolution of photographic techniques, relating it to the switch from plate to film, film to digital and so forth.
