Chasing Coral, the newest documentary by the team that filmed Chasing Ice, premieres on Netflix this friday July 14th. Director Jeff Orlowski, who also directed Chasing Ice, directed this film. Encouraged to make a film chronicling the plight of corals by Richard Vevers, Orlowski used time lapse photography and special cameras to document coral bleaching events.

“Making *Chasing Ice really had awakened me to the urgency of the climate change problem, and this looked like an opportunity to tell a new story, and also one that had a very different visual aspect.*”
