INON by Eric Cheng Wednesday, April 28th, 2004 Article Summary: Inon Anyone test this slide film as the replacement? Posted by kodiat on 2007-01-15 12:14:51 So they have patented unexposed but developed slide film? Because that is basicly what that little strip is that is covering the built in flash that the link shows. I wonder how much that piece of slide film is going to sell for? For those that don't know, if you take slide film and have it developed with out the film ever being exposed to light, it will allow Infrared light to pass through. Just tape a piece of this film over your built in flash and the IR will pass through and trip your optical slave flashes. Cost is about $12 for film and development. Or hunt for some scrap leads from your local photo developer. Has to be slide film though, as negatives do not work at ranges behond a foot or so. Posted by on 2004-04-28 11:32:29
