Inon releases new products
Inon has announced the release of a series of new products. The company has released a new wide-angle wet conversion lens. The UWL-S100 ZM80 Wide Conversion Lens is a new compact dual use land/underwater wet wide conversion lens to use with zooming on a digital camera with a lens greater than 28mm or super zoom cameras with long lens extensions. Adaptors are available for attaching the lens to M67 and Inon bayonet accessory bases. They also plan to start shipping a super dome option for this lens at the end of December.
A series of adaptors for compact camera housings have also been released. These extend compatibility with Inon’s wet lenses and fiber optic strobe triggers to the Canon WP-DC45, WP-DC46 and WP-DC44 housings (for PowerShot SX20, G1X and SX260 HS cameras). There are also new adaptors for the Panasonic DMW-MCTZ30 (LUMIX DMC-TZ30) and Sony MPK-WH (Cyber-shot DSC-WX100).
Lastly, Inon has launched a modification to its Shoe Base. It now comes with “Accessory Shoe Spacer for Canon” allows it to be used on Canon housings.
