Dr. Sylvia Earle has been interviewed and featured in TIME magazine’s latest book FIRSTS Women Who are Changing the World. Earle is featured as the “Oceanographer” for her first of being the first woman to become chief scientist of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
