Seeking shipmates for an amazing adventure capturing underwater imagery in Egypt’s exotic Red Sea. Wetpixel is running a further two trips aboard the lovely VIP ONE on 03 to 10 September and then 10 to 17 September 2023. As is always the case, we will tailor the itinerary and boat’s activities around making both trips photographically productive.
Due to late cancellations, we have two spaces available on the Wetpixel Raja Ampat Photo Safari! The trip has been fully booked for some time and is on the amazing Damai. Due to a change in their personal circumstances, we have had late cancellations from 3 people that were planning to attend both Wetpixel Red Sea Photo Odysseys. As the first of these starts on 22 May, they have suggested that they would be amenable to offering their spaces at a reduced rate in order to recoup some of their expenses. Wetpixel is super excited to be hosting two photographic workshops concentrating on the techniques of capturing amazing imagery in Mexico’s cenotes in April and May 2022. We will partner with the amazing Under the Jungle and the super accomplished photographer Tom St. George to offer an amazing program of formal learning and photography in this unique and beautiful environment.
We are super happy to announce the Wetpixel Red Sea Underwater Photography Odyssey. We have booked the amazing liveaboard VIP ONE for two trips of photographically productive exploration of the Red Sea’s amazing reefs next year. The dates are 22 to 29 May, followed by 29 May to 5 June. This is timed to be the best opportunity for the amazing schools of fish that aggregate at Ras Mohammed each year.
Join Wetpixel to explore and capture the amazing marine biodiversity of the Coral Triangle. We plan to depart Sorong, Indonesia on 5 April 2021 and explore the vibrant reefs of Raja Ampat, before heading south into the Banda Sea and disembarking at Ambon on 16 April. The area is the epicenter of the most diverse reefs in the world, where the nutrient-rich waters create a unique environment, with stunning hard and soft corals, pelagic encounters, swirling schools of fish and species-rich macro life.
