The team from Behind the Mask is at Port St. Johns on South Africa’s East Coast, documenting the amazing action on the annual sardine run. Florian Fisher describes the following film:

“This is a short video about one of our first days here in South Africa filming the Sardine Run experience with Greg Lecoeur and Offshore Africa Port St Johns. Being in the water was never more intense. Imagine yourself surrounded by birds, dolphins, and sharks hunting a bait ball of fish in the open ocean. Pure mayhem … feels like a war when the sound of bombing cormorants and gannets hunts a shiver down your spine. No idea where to look first, no idea which direction to shoot.”
