Octospot action camera is waterproof to 200 meters
The Octospot is a new waterproof action camera on the market. The camera is self contained in its own waterproof housing and shoots 4k video. It is waterproof to a depth of 200 meters (656 feet) and white balances automatically with depth.

Acquapazza has announced their housing for the Sony a6300 mirrorless camera. It features an angled LCD window, a large port opening for compatibility with “fat” bodied lenses (including Zeiss e mount), manual focus gears and the option of both power zoom and manual focus with the Sony 16-50mm power zoom.

Issue 91 of Underwater Photography (UwP) magazine is now available to download. It contains articles about macro etiquette, fluo lighting and cave photography as well as reviews of the Pelican 1535 case, the Sony a6300 and Glowdive strobe diffusers. Monaco is featured as a destination along with marine life articles about Bimini and Cat Island’s sharks and seahorses and pipefish.
Subal announces housing for Nikon DF
Subal has announced that they will be releasing a housing for the NikonDF. The Subal NDF will have a maximum depth rating of 80m/262ft (120m/393ft version by request), will weigh 2.3kg/81lbs and will be “nearly neutral”.
New features in Premiere Pro 2015.3
Wouter du Toit has written an excellent summary of the new features in the latest Premiere Pro release in Fstoppers. Version 2015.3 allows the use of lightweight proxies, editing during import, enhancements to the color panel with better white balance tools, VR support, direct publishing to social media and performance enhancements.
Scuba Diving shares 16 shark image submissions for shark week
To deflect from some of the sensationalism of Shark Week, Scuba Diving magazine has shared 16 of their favorite shark image submissions from their 2016 Through Your Lens Photo Contest. The stunning images are all underwater photographs of sharks in their natural habitats.
