Lush commits to using 27 tons of ocean plastic in its packaging

LUSH has committed to using 27 tons of collected ocean plastic in its 100% recycled packaging. The bath product company has been making a name for itself in recent years with its ocean centric charity campaigns including donating a percentage of the proceeds from its “shark fin” soap to Rob Stewart’s documentary. In this latest campaign LUSH has joined forces with Ocean Legacy Foundation to collect the ocean plastic in the waters surrounding its Vancouver headquarters.

Sealux are shipping their housing for the Panasonic GH5 mirrorless camera. It features a large “throat” to cater for large diameter lenses and allows the use of Sealux’s viewfinders to view the camera’s EVF. It also has a port to allow for the attachment of an HDMI monitor or one accessory, and there is the option of am N5 or S6 bulkhead for strobe triggering.

Through years of protecting great white sharks off the coast of California in addition to tagging and tracking programs, scientists have zeroed in on several great white shark nurseries off California. For years and years the sharks were a rare sight off the coast, then, in 2015 regular ocean visitors started seeing them frequently.
